Shipping Policy

At Abbasi Toys, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably anywhere in Pakistan. Below are the terms and conditions related to shipping, delivery timeframes, and charges.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan using reliable courier partners. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

2. Delivery Time

• Lahore: 1–2 working days
• Other Cities: 2–5 working days
• Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery time is counted from the day your order is confirmed and dispatched, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Available on prepaid orders above Rs. 2,000
• Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 200–300 depending on location

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD service across Pakistan. If you select COD at checkout, you’ll pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery rider. Please ensure your phone is active and address is complete for smooth delivery.

5. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, we accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfers. Your order will be processed after payment confirmation. Prepaid orders are prioritized for dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp or email update with tracking details. You can follow your shipment status through the courier’s tracking portal.

7. Delays or Failed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or no one being available, the courier will reattempt once.
• Orders not accepted on COD delivery may lead to cancellation and account flagging.

8. Packaging & Safety

All items are packed carefully with bubble wrap or box protection to avoid damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.

For any delivery-r
