We want you to shop with confidence at Abbasi Toys. If you're not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item if it meets our return criteria below.
2. What Qualifies for Return
- Product is received damaged or broken
- Item is defective or not working properly
- Incorrect item sent (wrong product or color)
- Product is discoloured or not as described
Note: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging to qualify.
3. What Cannot Be Returned
- Toys damaged after use or mishandled
- Items returned after the 7-day period
- Items without original tags, box, or invoice
- Change of mind or dislike after opening (unless defective)
4. How to Request a Return
Email us at abbasitoys@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include:
- Your name and order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photo/video of the issue
5. Refund Method
If your return is approved, we will issue your refund via the original payment method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer). For COD orders, we’ll request your account details for refund transfer.
6. Exchanges
If you received a faulty or wrong item, we’ll happily send a replacement — no extra cost. If the item is unavailable, we’ll offer a full refund or let you choose an alternative.
7. Delivery Charges
In case of approved returns or exchanges, we will cover return shipping only for incorrect or damaged items. Delivery fees are non-refundable for correctly delivered orders.
